Hi Everyone,

If anyone is interested in playing Transformers: TCG (https://transformers.hasbro.com/en-us/tradingcardgame) but have no cards, money to buy cards, a local gaming store that carries it or people around them to play with... OCTGN (http://www.ogctn.net) is a fairly robust table top simulator that supports the game, and some awesome users out there have set up a image package that has all the cards (http://www.hi-izuru.org/OCTGN/Games/Transformers/).

The game instructions and links to some good videos can be found at the Hasbro site. There are also some pretty good content creators for the game that can be found on youtube. I suggest Wreck n' Rule as a good group to watch to learn the basic strategies of the game (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjCQOQwRg6aistV0_OvPZuQ/featured)

Once you install OCTGN, you just open the Game Manager, go to install, select "Transformers". Then go to "Add Image Pack" and upload the o8c file that was downloaded.

From there you can go to deck builder and build your deck. I'm pretty well versed in the rules, played in a bunch of tournaments and used the OCTGN platform a little bit as well and if anyone needs some help getting things rolling feel free to reach out.

The second set of cards was just released last month (Rise of the Combiners!), the next set is slated for June, and just this week the CONSTRUCTICONS were released as a stand alone box set.

Pretty awesome stuff.

Just a striding through Kamen Rider...
Shameless plug, but if you guys need a database to use for cards I reccomend https://transformers.cards/

Even though I dont think wave 2 is anywhere as strong as wave 1, it's still pretty fun. Work Overtime is so good it's worth picking up the Devastator box just for that, I've added it to a lot of decks as an upgrade to Backup Plan

Yeeeeesssss work overtime is crazy good. Im not a fan of the combiner mechanics and characters, they just seem to under powered against the meta decks from wave 1. I ended up just augmenting my Ave 1 decks with wave 2 cards.
