Slippery when wet.
I have a Dell XPS 9360. It has worked well for about 2 years until this past weekend. I turned it on and the display looked like this:

I couldn’t find anything about it through Google; I installed the newest display drivers but that didn’t do anything. Any help to point me in the right direction would be great.

The internal display connector may have come a bit loose. If you're feeling adventurous you could try reseating it, there are bound to be instructions on how to disassemble your notebook.
A computer store might also be willing to do it for you.
