they had to change the rolling release scheme for 2020 because the YYMM one would result in a march 2020 release of Windows Server being named Windows Server 2003

i still really want to know A) who was pushing so hard for the "One" branding across Microsoft (OneDrive, OneNote, Xbox One, etc) and B) how mad were they when Windows pivoted from Windows 1 to Windows 10 (because I'm still convinced that was the original plan) and Office stubbornly did its own thing as always
