Long story short, helping a friend cobble together a new computer. Radeon 7970 graphics card, old as gently caress power supply I don't know what it is. Everything seems to be working except we're not getting a picture,and I think it's because we don't have the pins we need. Can anyone confirm/deny?

Confirm. You need to plug in two 8pin/6+2pin power connectors (150w) to the graphics card. The center and right power connectors in your picture are 6pin (75w).
