the wikimedia foundation has $73 million in cash on-hand as per their 2018 financial report 4% of that is around $3 million dollars. if they can't run wikpedia with $3 million/year then something has gone wrong somewhere, considering that 90% of Wikipedia's labor is volunteer jimbezzle ain't getting any more of my money
