Hey guys, I know I'm taking a chance by posting this thread cold, but I thought I'd risk it anyway. If by doing this I broke protocol, I apologize in advance. I'm working on my senior project, and I'm conducting a survey of IT professionals to see what level of communication IT professionals have with managers and users. I was going to distribute it though my school system, but it fell though and now I'm strapped for respondents. https://mnsu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cGClm4LNxNm3I1f If you could take 10 minutes and fill it out, I would really appreciate it.

Done! I think for most of my team, we want the best solution for the problem not necessarily the best solution for personal gain. I think for most of us, personal gain means best solution for the problem since best solution means less debugging production issues down the line. All the questions did apply to how some of our meetings go where egos can edge in.

Done here. One thing I noticed: sometimes the "positive" responses were on the left and the "negative" on the right and other times vice versa. Not sure if that was intentional.

So, I don't do support, but is this really the right venue for this? I saw this in the description:quote:You are being asked to take part in this study because of your expressed interest, and your current role as a support specialist with a college or university in the MinnState system.
