I bought a Beeline and had hassled them with various little niggles and they were always very polite and helpful, they genuinely want to make their product better. It's good to know their general customer services are as good as the technical ones! And yeah, great product, the idea you can set it pointing at a place and just navigate there via vibes on turns is pretty fun and a great way to see more places you'd otherwise miss!
