Hello all, SpaceChem has been having a community run yearly tournament since the original tournament was run on this forum way back in 2012. And today is the start of the 2020 tournament! The new community edition of SpaceChem has enabled some exciting new features for puzzles that were never possible in previous years. The first round puzzle is already taking advantage of this, and future rounds are promising to be even more interesting. This sounds cool as hell. I'm super rusty at spacechem and I'd be way more inclined to go all out if it were a Shenzhen IO tournament. Spacechem optimization always seemed really complicated and refactoring is really tough. That community edition sounds like a big improvement though.
