 Brisket's done. Didn't get the smoke ring I would've liked but still tasty. Since I used pink salt this is close to pastrami in texture.

They ended up ordering three pizzas from The Hut prior to me even getting there. My cousins wife also made buffalo chicken dip, along with lime nachos with avocado dip, and my sister made doggies in a blanket. All was delicious and I was stuffed as usual. The food was better than the game.
