I had my worst egg flip of my life this morning. Nothing special. 8-inch pan, 2 eggs. Did a standard flip and accidentally caught one of the yolks on the edge of the pan, which split off and promptly started burning on the stove eye. I had to air out the downstairs because of the smell and I’m recording this here in the Egg Thread as a reminder to do better in the future.

Nobody makes savory kolaches in Minnesota. They even have a kolache festival in Montgomery but it's all sweet kolaches from what I've been told. Very sad.
