of course you're always welcome to post here with us!

but it might also be worth being able to just get some of that stuff out in a non-judgemental environment and get helpful feedback on things to do to build towards feeling better

I think we all get down on ourselves at some points in life and it can be worth remembering that things can also change for the better, that you're not alone in feeling this way and that you deserve to be happy
