so basically I left college after 5 years (like 1 credit short of graduation.... not going to get into it but I wasn't going to suck metaphorical dick so I split from the program... this was 2009 before #metoo so there you go) then I read the internet for 12+ hours a day 365 days a year for 10 years learned a bunch of stuff, I can talk about a variety of subjects but there are two tangible things that sum everything up: If the ring of power from Lord of the Rings exists in real life it is this ring: https://topazius.manyfaceted.com/period/medieval/black-prince-signet-ring/ it is in the louvre If you want to maintain strength with literally no effort do this exercise routine: daily 1x1 hex bar deadlift 1x1 dead stop bench press chinups/pullups 500m erg no other exercise you won't be a pro athlete but if you are consistent you will be an above average athlete for literally no effort
