Computer won't power on. I'm troubleshooting my friend's computer and he thought the power supply was bad and purchased a new one which I installed. New power supply didn't solve the issue, but jiggling the 24 pin power connection to the MB restores power to the PC intermittently, so it's pretty obvious it's related to the 24 pin power connector for whatever reason.

Is there any way to repair the power connector on the MB or is this just a replace the MB scenario?

MB is Asus Prime 8450M-A, new PSU is EVGA 650 G5
