All this creative energy going to making new threads instead of posting new stories in Awful Tales. Maybe those of you starting new threads should spend a few minutes also writing a story for Awful Tales.

Don't spend that creative energy forming a rival Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror anthology thread because it wouldn't have a prayer of competing with the cool stories in Awful Tales, the longest-running GBS-based Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror anthology thread.

There have been a lot of rumors lately that the thread is in financial trouble and has been forced to take on corporate sponsors to stay afloat. These rumors are obviously false. Corporate sponsorship helps improve the thread and keeps the creative concepts fresh and original.
