ben is worse than every first ballot HoFer in the past 30 years with two exceptions. urlacher is potentially the worst ever at least in football as we know it, and the other guy is about as comparable to ben as you can be for a defender in troy polamalu. so ben is first ballot.

Urlacher was painfully overrated and Troy Polamalu couldn't hold a loving candle to LeRoy Butler. Polamalu blew SBXLV whereas Butler was a huge part of the XXXI victory.
