stileproject was a big thing for me in my teens. broke my brain enough to eventually join this idiot website. what stuck with me was a picture of a guy on an aircraft carrier who'd caught a plane getting catapulted straight to the dome. his head had come off and been fully flipped inside out. that and a video of a guy with nuts the size of a cantaloupe jizzing for a full minute. thanks stileproject. thankfully my brain has healed a bit and i try to avoid death and gore like that, ugh

Saline injections are both how he got his balls so big, and it's also a way to blast an insanely huge load. I used to work for Mindgeek, who owns Pornhub, and Pornhub owns a photo gallery section. A few current sites that i know of: goregrish.com - Very difficult to register. Opens at around noon (EDT) every day. Lots of ISPs and proxy services blocked. War images forum is open without registering. This site was compromised or something last year, and it came back earlier this year, which I guess is why there are so many safeguards in place. documentingreality.com - Easier to register, but costs $20 in BTC, so you need a coinbase account if you don't have another way to send bitcoin. After paying $20 you're supposed to e-mail the site owner and tell him what user name you want. theync.com - Video site, open to all, strongly recommended not to visit without an ad blocker. Videos with 0 comments are ads. I can handle *some* of the gore *some* of the time but what is really hard for me to handle are all the comments on those forums about how excited and pleased people are to see it.

It's extremely gory and you can't unsee it. ALTHOUGH, maybe, a person who is thinking about shooting themselves, might not do so if they watch it, so maybe that's good?  (I also feel really bad for the poor dog... I hope he got re-homed.)

I hung out with the founder of rotten.com a couple times through noise music scene back in like 2002. He went on to go to culinary school and became a chef or something. The only thing I remember seeing on that site before I noped out was a guy who worked on electric lines who was completely cooked by current and stuck up in the wires. I learned about Something Awful around that time too and avoided it at first because I thought it was another shock gore site and I’m a huge wuss when it comes to that poo poo. No sir, I don’t like it.

I've seen a few here and there and in general im pretty desensitised. But I do I feel life is capable of throwing enough tragedy and horror at you without seeking it out. I still have some empathy and emotions and would like to keep it that way.

It had to be one of the three sites OP mentioned where I saw a fat guy Dwyer himself because he was pissed Bjork was dating a black guy. I don't know why I'm posting but the one that sticks in my mind the most are the kid who blew his hands apart holding an M-80 and the guy who got decapitated trying to jump over a spiked fence. People used to put dumb shock images in fake links and I was morbidly curious. I've seen enough poo poo irl now I don't seek it out and have to be cautious of what I look at. I have a real problem even seeing roadkill these days.

Has anyone here listened to the audio from the Jonestown Massacre? I did, in the middle of a hot summer night, and the mournful hymns sung in the background are so extremely haunting. And worse when that one woman who tried to be a voice of reason gets shouted down by Jones who says to keep going. Haunting audio is particularly jarring, like that famous 911 call by the old lady who became a victim of a home intruder. There was a site that was dedicated to old infamous audio, but I can't recall it atm.

This reminds me of a time, my boss would print out poo poo from rotten.com and tape it on my monitor so I'd see it in the morning, because he knew I didn't want to see this poo poo. He was also the boss that would shoot live rounds through the ceiling to test a gun, and would encourage me to take a variety of pills, and we'd play Rush on the N64 for hours in the office. Those were the days, the company is now a big player in the So Cal HVAC scene and I moved away years ago.
