I’d like to remove Cake the band from existence. Holy moly.

Cake was one of those bands that had a few great songs that slapped which were buried in a ton of forgettable blah, sprinkled with a solid fistful of absolute crap that made you hate them.

One of those rare bands that spanned the entire spectrum.

Don't Stop Believin'

It's not the worst of Journey's hits (that belongs to Lovin' Touchin' Squeez'in) but it needs to end up in the same place as South Detroit.

You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins.

Maybe that's not fair, because I'm probably pretty favorable towards Phil Collins pop hits, but that song was overexposed i 1999 and got in the way of 2-3 better songs from getting the best song Oscar.

Actually it offends me, personally. Complete garbage.

Cake: a band that dared to say to the world "we are not a rock band", to which the world replied, "we know"

Cake: if slam poetry is "too edgy" for you

Cake: if TMBG is "too smart" for you

Some songs are genuinely fantastic but some…just a hint too whimsical for my tastes. But not a bad band all around.

Some of Weird Al's stuff is surprisingly morbid.

It wouldn't hurt if a lot of stuff I downloaded back in the day that was labeled as Weird Al music went away. I already made my pick, though :v:

I'd like to change my vote.

I was somewhere tonight that played that Kid Rock song where he screams that his name is Kid at the front, with all the nonsense syllables. I don't care to look up the name of it because it'd probably give me VD through the screen.
