 it would be funny if, since british people are i imagine much familiar with spain than mexico, they took spanish tortilla and cut it real thin and fried it and thats what they thought tortilla crisps were

wrong but Janssons frestelse is v good (but I’ve had some awful ones).

Frittata, kugel, are also a++.
