Tips eh? Well learn some moves from the Taiflow YouTube channel. Then try to do 5m a day. But you can cheat and do a little less or skip a day. Aim to do 100 days (to plant the seed). Now looking at my chart the usual time I last when I try to get back into Tai Chi is 1 day. But If I do a week then the amount of time I'm going to last becomes arbitrary. So if you can last two weeks I guess you're basically set. |
