Has anyone found out exactly why the cops arrested that random victim whose car got hit at the end of the chase? It's such a hilariously bizarre anecdote about the chase that I sincerely hope it's for some bullshit reason and not a legit reason.

He did an interview today too and apparently he was trying to leave as he had his wife and child in the car and the cops were just firing wildly, but when he got out the cops immediately bodyslammed him and arrested him
