I have some pretty dry, scaily spots on my wrists. I use lotion pretty regularly but I've had em for years. Kind of thinking about talking to a dermatologist, but I haven't spoken to a doctor in over a decade and the first appointment I'm going to be make when I do decide to talk to them again isn't going to be about that.

i have this stuff i call silverstock which is basically half powdered silver and half powdered glass. pour it on my shoes every day before i stick my bare feet in there, on my pits, crotch, everywhere.

really brings the purple/blue of the rash out, makes me stand out in a crowd.
