It says their harness does not support the factory amp meter, which is the device that overheats that firewall connection in the first place. I mean, that's the route I'd go as well. ha yeah i looked that up too! decided i didnt want to pay that.. ended up just replacing the bulkhead connectors with new ones, reterminating everything, and bypassing the amp meter nonsense. i should really get off my rear end and update this.. ive done a lot but its still not running
