I do animal rescue and one thing we do is transport cats and dogs from South Texas to northern shelters. I would like to have basically cctv I can watch on my phone (iPhone) to make sure animals in the back are doing ok AND I would like to be able to livestream so our donors can see where their money went. I also want to keep the cost down as much as possible, I need that money to castrate animals!

Your best bet is probably to get a cheap android phone and use DroidCam to turn it into a webcam: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dev47apps.droidcam&hl=de&gl=US
