Thirding Bocchi the Rock! which is an extremely funny comedy with mind-blowing animation in places. Some of the scenes with the characters playing instruments is rotoscoped, if you like that kinda thing. Also Hibike! Euphonium is great. It's pre-disaster KyoAni, so it has their distinct look from that era.
