Of course you can. Though the companies say they won't ship them unless you're licensed in some way, so you'll have to work on that first. You can even get a subscription to bed bugs! They're pretty expensive.

They have to be fed tho so you need to press up their container to your skin and she got a nasty reaction on her rear end.
