I understand that quite a few of you out there are dealing with a pornography addiction. If you are struggling, I want you to know you have my support and that I’m here to help you through this. And you don’t need to overcome this alone. There are many resources to help you overcome your addiction, such as support groups, therapy, and online communities.

Also, I want to remind you that just like any addiction, it’s important to work on building healthy relationships and habits. Watching porn can be a way to avoid dealing with uncomfortable emotions or situations. So it’s important to find other ways to cope with stress or negative emotions.

But there is hope. You are strong enough to overcome this, and I believe in you. There are countless others who have been in your situation and made it through. You can do it to. You are not defined by your addiction. You are a person with hopes, dreams, and the potential for greatness. My dear friend, please take the necessary steps to start your recovery.
