Like he introduced his therapy approach by saying "D is for Dialectical Behavioural Therapy" and told me id be getting antidepressants by saying "A is for Antidepressants" and I just dont think him breaking out into song every other session was useful at all. His political activism was worse though, like it might seem harsh but I dont think him leading the pussy hat riots made much of an impact

Too much is always not enough!
