sorry op but pink floyd is actually incredibly deep and intellectual and most people could be forgiven for not getting it. heres an example: the part where he says "we dont need no education // we dont need no thought control" makes you think about how education is really a form of thought control. later he says "all in all your just a nother brick in the wall". like really stop and think about how twisted that is. imagine being a brick in a wall. you couldnt even go to the bathroom because your just like stuck in the wall. its that kind of evocative and poetic imagery that has made pink floyd such a timeless act. at the end a guy says "how can you have any pudding if you dont eat your meat" and i think thats a good question actually. i think it should go meat, then pudding, but thats just my opinion.
