have a couple rackmount servers in your office and have random poo poo compiling in the background at all times so the fans cycle completely unpredictably

really old ones are practically free unless they�re specifically intended to run a minicomputer OS (eg Itanium that can run VMS or PA-RISC that can run MPE) and they�re sure to be nice and loud

(downside: heat)
