i have 1 uncle saul 1 uncle will 1 uncle ken 1 uncle jay (deceased) 50% of these uncles have been incarcerated, 75% of these uncles are or were mentally ill, and 100% of these uncles have been under "we don't talk to or about them" status by their siblings (one or both of my parents) at various points in my life. i am not an uncle and unlikely to ever become one, uncles dont have a good track record in my family, statistically speaking.
