Does anyone care about the mass shooting in Maine anymore? It's still big news up here for obvious reasons, but if I had to guess, the rest of the country has long moved on.

I actually have a story sort of related to this topic. Years ago I was living in the Chicago suburbs, and dating a girl who was living in Detroit. Her friend lent her a shirt, and said she could keep it. Fast forward a few months, and she moves back home, we get a place, we go to the IKEA in Schaumburg, and she's wearing the shirt. The girl checking us out goes "Oh, I used to have that same shirt, but I gave it to a friend of mine when I lived in Detroit". Guys, turns out it's literally the same shirt. They knew the same girl 400 miles away. Anyways, the shirt said "Idaho? No, U Da Ho." I dunno if that helps at all, OP.
