Brendan the lines are wiggling. Or squiggling. It looks like it could be an artistic thing but it's not. It's because they're lazy. Like me. They're lazy and if you're trying to do animating it takes a lot of work, Brendan. You have to do the same drawing. A ton of them. Even if the characters are just standing around and talking. Because it's a vehicle for hilarious dialogue. So if the lines squiggle you can trick people into thinking you're not lazy. But you are.
