I was helping my family make cinnamon rolls. I noticed that they normally don’t make it with brown butter. The recipe calls for brown butter that’s room temperature. I browned the butter. I asked a family member to prepare a bowl of ice for my genius idea. I poured the brown butter into a freezer bag that was over the ice. The bag melted immediately and fused with the butter in a way that made a new flexible flowy clear silicone type of golden plop material.
