Added some polyurethane bumpers so that it won't slide as much. It has some rubber of some sort already on the back but on the rug I'm using it had a tendency to slide a bit. 3M Makes some good products that has helped me but the only issue is its a fix once figure it out later kind of deal. Their double sticky squares are rather good but are a bitch to get rid of unless if you have goo gone, a drill, and a wire brush to get the crap off of it. Its worked on my pads to be honest:
