I bought three dips today to scarf with Sea Salt oven-baked chips: Hummus with Roasted Capsicum, Tahini, and Spicy Mexican.

The Mexican dip was the most delicious. I see from the label it contains four different chile peppers, tomatoes, and onions

Also fat (in the cream cheese), salt, coloring agents and MSG, i.e. all the four major food groups. :discourse:
