That video is in seattle. I was out working that day doing a courier route. My route started at 11pm the night before, right about when it started snowing, and I finished at about noon. The pavement was still above freezing when it started snowing so it melted and made a layer of ice under the snow. They were blaring on the radio non-stop about how bad it was and that everyone should just stay home and not try to drive, stupid people went driving anyway. We saw a 911 doing donuts in a parking lot.

I'm not sure where the winter weather thread went so I'll just toss the video here. I recently made a thread about my Astro van getting stolen and recovered sans converter. While waiting for some nice weather for repairs, I picked up a beater Previa for next to nothing.
