I found the origin of the "ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaa" girl laugh that sounds really mean. Its Sarah Silverman on the 2002-11-05 episode. Its within the first 15 minutes or so. When you hear it from Sarah in the episode, it sounds like a more fun laugh, but the drops make it sound more mean spirited and derisive
