I don't want to talk poo poo but it's pretty convenient i get outbid within minutes of every one of my bids and then when i get outbid by two bucks over ten grand the winner backs out. I told the seller i was willing to go to fifteen grand so that makes it look even more like a shill bidder was jacking up the price to get me to fifteen grand.

Anyone looking for a BMW Isetta? And by that I mean an Isetta that has had "some mods done to it", is missing side windows and the roof panel, has some holes in the body (filled) and in the floor (not filled)? Also to quote the seller, "As the pics. show, moving it is no problem, as it fits easily into the back of a truck" (does it even run?). Ebay goodness.

And yeah, if its condition actually reflects those 3000 miles, it may actually be worth that. Or...it might have been before everyone started running out of money. He really should have been trying harder before September.

Two from the 80s, one 90s, and a bunch from the 70s), but I'm pretty sure it's almost identical to the GNX. Performance was similar, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't beaten by another F-body until the LS1s, if then. My neighbor sometimes drag races his, or gets people wanting to stoplight race him. I guess he does okay in the quarter but not so great off the line, that there's a bit of lag. VideoTapir fucked around with this message at 04:34 on Dec 8, 2008 |

Pretty much the same drivetrain as the Buick Grand National and GNX, in a more aerodynamic (and I think lighter) body, worth a good penny, but probably not 45K. I've seen REALLY nice ones (granted with more miles) going for 15-20ish. Think of a much rarer, more nimble, Grand National.

Can't really tell in that pic. My neighbor has a lot of friends who have bought them (mostly Firebird/F-body buddies who just had to have one after riding in his). According to him, most of them paid in the 20s, and the one that I've seen is very nice (but not completely original).

Isn't the difference between a grand national and a GNX about 100hp an a similar amount of torque? They may have the same engine, but the firebird looks like a firebird. No engine can fix that.

It's a 1986 Audi, but it isn't a Quattro. I still love it anyways because the front sure catches the spirit of the Quattro in Group B Rally. If you don't know what that means, watch this. Here's the car in question. Are these any good? Like mechanically? I don't care if I have to rewire it, but I do care if the engine explodes. I'd consider maybe selling, or trading my truck damaged 2001 Focus to get this thing. http://orlando.craigslist.org/cto/933181242.html
