They play it without any lyrics, but listen to it all the way through and I think you will recognize it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5LW07FTJbI edit: eghh that video is horrible.

I'm listening to the random stream and it's an episode from October 18th, 2005 where Reverend Run is the guest and Adam goes on a great rant about his ideal life (meaning ages 0-12 as a blond girl, 12-20s as an Italian guy). It's great and I highly recommend checking it out. edit: Also there's a caller who says he robbed a bank at the age of 15. Really weird call. I've been listening to a lot of Loveline and what consistently cracks me up is the stereotypical hoedown banjo music that Anderson plays if a caller with a thick southern accent or particularly retarded question calls. The best example I've heard so far is 2002-07-23, where at 24:30 a 16 year old asks if it's possible to get married under the age of 18 in Oklahoma. Anderson doesn't miss a beat with the drop and the call gets more and more ridiculous until it's barely believable. Also has the Drew buying condoms in Chinatown story.

Anderson didn't do it there, but there are times where he'll play the music, kinda let it go down to a low volume, and the second the caller reveals another "white trash" aspect of their life, it goes up to full volume. And it is hilarious.

I think it first showed up in the episode where Adam's assistant, Matt, from the TLC home improvement show sat in for the first half hour. Anderson made every effort to let Matt know Matt was gay. That'd be within the last couple weeks of Adam's run on Loveline. Try 2005-10-24.

11-21-2004 with Will Arnett from Arrested Development has a hilarious segment where Adam invents the term "Waffle Crapper" (to describe a woman so hot that you would ask her to crap on your waffle in the morning), and he and Will take it to great heights.

I choked every time he played it. On the opposite end of rough is Teresa mentioning being "off the Yaz" every 5 god drat minutes. She's SUCH a loving shrew. She's integrated all this bullshit into her vocabulary like STEPMONSTER and BATMAN and now OFF THE YAZ. The calling her husband Daniel "Batman" thing is probably the worst of it all. It's so obnoxious, self-centered, and intrusive. And the way it just flies off her mouth every third sentence without any acknowledgement of its retarded nature. It was funny the first time-- They needed something to call Daniel as code so as to protect his anonymity. Now it's just one of the most horrible things ever. Stepmonster is another one. It was old the first time, yet she still does it. But HOLY gently caress, the 'off the Yaz' poo poo. She just started bringing it up all of the sudden about two weeks before the show went on break in December and I'll be goddamned if she didn't say it anything less than 4 times PER DAY, EVERY DAY for the rest of the month. Seriously, gently caress Teresa.

Didn't Dameshek used to bust on Teresa all the time? I think on his podcast or ESPN show (which was canceled ) either he or cousin Sal said she hated him. He isn't doing anything anymore. Ace should bring him back just to bust on Teresa (and because Dameshek is the man)

You're just hating on her because she's a woman, Jewish, and had less than fantastic parents. I mean really, it couldn't be because she's obnoxious and extremely self-serving. I listened to Monday's episode of TACS on Monday night, and I just cringed when she was reading "the news" and said that she was worried about some celebrity or some poo poo like that. Seriously, who the gently caress cares about celebrities? Vapid bitches.

I would say it was mostly passive abuse, akin to Adam's family life. She had a stepmother who was pretty cold to her emotionally, it's hard in those situations to know whose recollection is accurate. Teresa's dad seemed like he regretted his wife's involvement with her though, so I imagine she wasn't too great.
