I really wish I could have cleaned that up somehow. I love how great a set-up those 3 panels are, I'm sure someone can come up with a better ruination.

Now you just need to add this playing in the background and it'll be perfect.

From what I understand, the longest side for posted images on SA is supposed to be 800px max. Thumbnails or links are fine.

It's a "ruin the moment." That's Invisibles v3 #12, which was actually the first issue, since the third volume counted down. That's the logo from another famous, and very terrible, series that counted down, pasted over it, therefore "ruining" the "moment" of the memory inspired by the cover of a popular and well-liked comic.

I'm pretty sure Wolverine has been in the states long enough that he's a legal US citizen. Any US citizen can vote. Hell, the citizenship test probably has questions that he was around for the answers.

He just can't be president.

It's not that kind of registration. Although I suppose some equivalent of the "Motor Votor Law" could have been included, where they hand you a voter registration form when you go to the office.

I was thinking more that since they are American citizens, as per the Act, they would be able to vote. Unless I'm wrong about how the SHRA actually works vis a vis American citizenship, since I don't think people like Namor or Black Panther are registered in it, even though they technically work within the States.

Back in X-Tinction Agenda, Beast mentions that to protect their identities, he removed all traces of all the X-Men and related teammembers from the American databases. That said, that probably doesn't apply anymore even if anyone remembered that.
