I think ferrinus said that parent orders and paths don't matter (and can be self-defeating since legacies don't grant a third ruling arcanum per houserules) unless you meant arcana?? in which case :(

i have the right arcana for dreamspeakers, although the second and third attainments have some other poo poo you can do if you have spirit, which i lack

at some point i want to get spirit 1 so i can talk to spirits too

you can "create your own" legacy whenever someone else could "learn" one, however in all cases legacies require some sort of "mentor", i.e. a phenomena your mage continually studies or an elder your mage continually studies under in order to facilitate your advancement

if you have a legacy to create in mind just talk to me about it and we'll work something out
