1. Every single one of the artists is wearing thick glasses, intentionally looking awkward for the camera. 2. One is holding a toy keyboard to be ironic. 3. It samples an old commercial. 4. It's about a commonplace activity; shaving. 5. Uses "gangsta" vocal sample. It's an alright track, but it's loving hipster as hell.

Cheers, I'll check those out. I've obviously heard of major lazer before, and I kinda figured it might be dancehall I"m looking for, but nowhere like turntablelabs or beatport have that as a genre! I'll do some more searching.

Also, check the Reggae/Dancehall/Dub thread in EW http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=2944374 there's alot of us in EW who are huge on this stuff, so that threads got quite literally a metric ton of poo poo to work through.
