There's an entire book about stuff like that (also like pantographs and other linkages), and it looks like that's where the video was taken from: How Round is my Circle?

April San Francisco Friday Night Ride. The biggest one in 6 years, with over 150 riders showing up. No gang, guest list, or anything. Just anyone with a motorcycle shows up at the designated spot. Here's a video of some of the riders, the length of the group was HUGE! And this guy didn't get everyone on tape. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMk4zqeoJ6Q(This random woman did in fact flash the group) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzRVlhfr2yQ(I'm the first one that passes in the beginning) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0i4gAwmknc Also the Stig showed up.
