I know this is probably a HUGE longshot, but this has been killing me for a few days... I'm not looking for a song, but an album. And the ONLY thing I can remember about the album is that I owned it sometime between 1992 and 1994 and the CD album cover was solid red with a black bicycle centered on it. Like I said, I know this is obscure and lacking details... and that's why it is killing me.

The song that plays briefly during the intro of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ai8QbNUyW_k Someone else asked in the comments, but the uploader only responded with "Guitar Hero". I found one "Guitar Hero" reult on itunes that wasn't it, and as you can imagine searching youtube or google for "guitar hero song" isn't very effective. I was thinking maybe it is from the menu or cinematic of the Guitar Hero game, but never playing it/not owning it I don't know. I edit (poorly) a lot of videos and would like to use it as an intro song.

Here's a really vague request but, the only thing I can remember is that it was a song that starts off with what I think is a saxophone riff that continues throughout it, but somewhere in it it also begins a kind of long electric guitar or bass solo. There's also another song but the only thing I can remember is that it starts of with this bass sound, that builds to include this rattling noise and bongos. Both of them sound kind of 70's era if that helps. Sorry if that's too vague but it's all I can remember. Edit: Now that I think about it, it may not have had saxophones, it may have been like horns or trumpets or something, I heard it in an echoey room so I couldn't really tell. Also it wasn't like a slow sound, it was like a powerful kind of saxophone/horn sound. Also the guitar solo sounded like something out of Black Sabbath almost. It also had a chorus singing but for the life of me I can't remember the words. Mr. Mutton Chops fucked around with this message at 18:07 on May 8, 2010 |

http://static.somethingawful.com/d/flash-tub/remix-bites.php I know there are full versions of these songs somewhere, because I had them on my old computer. I forget the full name of the guy who wrote the Winston remix, 'Pre,' and I know I had long ago found the full versions of these songs on the forum, but I've completely forgotten what to even search for to find them. Does anybody know where these songs were / are housed? If they're down, does anyone have local copies of these songs they could upload?

This one's currently killing me. I'm pretty sure I found it on a site like mixpod.com and I can't recall finding it anywhere else. It's got a title with something along the lines of "Mixtape = Love" or "Mixtape = <3" and I think it had a goofy pop-punk kind of sound to it. E: It's not that Jack's Mannequin or Avenue Q song, either. robot smith fucked around with this message at 06:12 on May 11, 2010 |

Except for the very first notes of Alphaville's "Sounds Like A Melody"[Indented 5 seconds to pinpoint the sample, and to avoid the before-mentioned first notes], I'm hoping to get help identifying in which song(s) the hook/riff been used as a sample. And no, it isn't Cappella's "U Got 2 Let the Music" which has it sampled throughout. BlankSystemDaemon fucked around with this message at 10:34 on May 13, 2010 |

I wanna identify a music video. The artist may or may not be Sting. The video has text messages at the bottom of the screen that sorta make you think of a gray elephant and then at the end you see a gray elephant and go 'Woah!'. 90's or early 00's

French pop song. Sung by a guy. Very upbeat, very danceable. It was very popular when it was released - played regularly on European radio stations at least. I don't have much to go on except that the main refrain (and most memorable part of the song) is when he chants something along to the rhythm of Nah-Noh-Nah Naaahhh!! If you can work this out you are incredible.

This is going to be kinda vague, so sorry about that. Basically a song that I think is a mashup of a Dizzee Rascal song and Dolly Parton's "Nine to Five". I could just be being dumb but I can't find mention of it anywhere.

Have fun with this one: I can hear the song in my head, but I can't think of the lyrics. I believe it came out in the early to mid 90's and it has women (possibly just one) singing it. It's a rock song (not slow) and it was quite popular. It has a distinct guitar sound in it. That is all. Edit: Oh snap, after all these drat years I just figured it out. Calling all Canadians who would've been teenagers around 1992 I used to listen to one of my sister's CDs, which was one of those "Now! music" things with top40 hits. (not necessarily Now, but it was a compilation) I think it had a dozen songs, not more on it. It was pink/purple and had Technotronic - Pump Up The Jam and similiar tunes (ie. diva house type of thing). If you know what this CD was I'll love you.
