Klaus Kinski posted:I'm still on the fence about kramer being terrible. It's more like he doesn't care/know any better in situations where everyone else would start scheming I think Kramer is just a lovable goof, and probably the "nicest" one of the bunch. He seems intensely loyal to Jerry, less so to Elaine and George, and is always well-meaning no matter what. I really can't think of any instances where he was a deliberate rear end in a top hat. Also, I can't help but notice that whenever Jerry delivers a line, even when he's trying to be mad, he can't keep a straight face. You can always sense that once the camera is off him, he breaks down into fits of laughter. I know he's said it's because he's not an actor, but it's really obvious, especially in that Vienna clip.

Seinfeld was pulling down some serious scratch in the 80s well before his show. I heard he would pull down 60k a weekend. If you view his character through that lens, it makes sense that he really wouldn't be too upset about poo poo.

There was that episode where his girlfriend could never take him seriously when he got upset because his voice would just get high and funny sounding. It was true, too. That was a brilliant bit of self-awareness.

Didn't he put concrete in the machines in that laundry place. Of course he thought they stole $1500 or something so it's almost justified.

There's also that brief scene in 30 Rock where Liz meets Seinfeld and has a mini breakdown and goes into the exact same high pitched voice. Seinfeld was great in that entire episode aswell.

Kramer also terrorized Ray Mckidney (was that his name?) and he stole the statue out of his house. Of course that was a kind act towards George, and I assume Ray really did steal the statue, so it was justified, but still. Let's just say he didn't take Ray to People's Court.

Well, Amazon has the complete series on sale for $129, which probably means I'm gonna drop some money on that. I'm excited, because I'm sure there are plenty of episodes that I have yet to watch.

That same sentiment is echoed in "The Muffin Tops" regarding his Peterman Reality Tour. Jerry: "The last thing this guy is qualified to give a tour of is reality!"

Why is Sam Lloyd not in more stuff, he's loving hilarious no matter how small the role is. It's also funny how he already looks 50 in seinfeld and almost 20 years later in scrubs he looks exactly the same.

The episode where Kramer gets the office job is one of my favorites, especially the conversation he has with the boss at the end. "These reports you handed in...it's almost as if you have no business training at all. I don't know what this is supposed to be." ... "Well I don't even really WORK here!" "I know. That's what makes this so difficult." I always wanted to see what exactly Kramer wrote in those reports.

Jamie Gertz in "The Stall" was insanely cute, not that she looks bad now.
