I have another question, Big Show why did WCW let you go out to the ring and smoke during promos? Did any of the road agents tell you that it was a bad idea or was it completely insane and no one cared?

I remember reading it wasn't just a regular moonsault, but a springboard moonsault (Lionsault). That might've just been the rumor mill working overtime.

I've been watching a lot of old footage lately which includes Bob Backlund's first and second runs with the company. It got me thinking why isn't he in the Hall of Fame then I remembered hearing he was offered it but turned it down. Anyone know his reasoning behind this?

On one of the WWE Legends roundtables they said Backlund turned it down because the HOF was for retired wrestlers and he still considers himself an active wrestler.

A good question to ask Big Show: When you became WWF Champ and they decided to feud you against Big Bossman instead of the countless big names in the company at the time, or the countless wrestlers with so much more heat... did you think someone was loving with your career?

I may be imagining this, but I believe they put Boss Man in the main event of RAW on the first night that Russo and Ferrara were booking Nitro. Then they did it again on the night Russo and Bischoff reset WCW. I like to think it was the WWE's way of saying to Russo and WCW "gently caress you, we don't even need to try anymore."

Sadly the main event of the Raw opposite the first Russo and Ferrara show (18th October 99) was the Rock and Sock Connection losing the tag titles to the Hollys. The reboot night is interesting because while Bossman was in the main event tagging with Buchanan against the Rock, Nitro was reduced to 2 hours by that point. The match that went head to head with the main event of the reboot? HHH vs Taka.

Do you think it would be prudent of the WWE to place Daniel Bryan and CM Punk in a storyline together. SES trying to turn the "indy darling" to the dark side. From what i can tell from youtube the two work well together. It would produce top notch matches and also give elevate two really great workers. Holy moly I just came up with the greatest business idea: WWE digitizes their back catalog, which I am sure they are doing to some degree anyway. Each match costs $2-5. You fill up a shopping cart on the site to 2 hours or whatever, and some automated machine burns the DVD and is put in a generic WWE WRESTLING MIX box. No, I don't actually know anything about DVD printing, why do you ask?
