My bun was originally a classroom pet for kids grades K-6. About 2 1/2 years into his life, the teacher decided that he deserved more. I was working with her at the time and snatched him up. Best decision I ever made. Yes, you can't leave a rabbit free-floating like a catte: potential for cable and carpet chewing is higher, but so what. Rabbits own. Rabbits have just as much (if not greater!) potential for luvins as a catte.
