That's less impressive than it first looks. It amounts to running 12 fluorescent tubes (12 x 20W), a keyboard (100W?), a laptop (50W), A headlight (120W), and a horn (60W) for a few minutes, then starting a single car. Once the first car was started, its alternator was supplying the juice to start the rest of them. e:f,b

I could almost kind of see it in socal only because the carpool lanes have double yellows separating them from the regular traffic lanes (which as far as I can tell violates what the DMV/caltrans says about lane marker colors) but yeah she must have been pretty hammered.
