I don't remember reading about the Fare Soldi remix of Barbara Streisand http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bThnYvo3smo I honestly like it a lot (a lot) better than the original. I wasn't even super super sold on the original - maybe it's because in my mind Duck Sauce was still very attached to Anyway, which to me was such a jam that Barbara Streisand just didn't meet that expectation I had, but this remix is a lot closer to what I wanted from them.

I'm so big on Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and I don't see nearly enough love for these guys. His production is so varied, and yet always on point. So much talent. I posted "Garden" a few pages back and it got a lot of love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-1HNnxb0WE Here's a few more of his tracks that I really dig https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3d7T14GcLY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6b6CNnjb3t8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qtne-KNlbc

Pres posted:The new Chromeo album is pretty immense. Wow I am in love with Monsieur Adi and I have been for months now, this is going to rock the world. I think that Adi is really talented, and that he's had some way good songs come out, but he obviously hasn't hit the big time; this could be something that would shoot his popularity up - if he were to just murder a remix of an already super well-known song. melee beats posted:Are you looking for modern stuff or more classic disco house? I listened to your "Top 25 House Songs" and I'm not a huge fan of "classic disco house" as in the super-analog hats and stuff. I really like Lady by Modjo obviously (who doesn't) and I was thinking something along the lines of Armand Van Helden's disco house stuff (like his remix of ADD SUV) and I love Breakbot. I've done a lot of attempting to explore but all I have is Breakbot, Lifelike, Van Helden (and subsequently Duck Sauce), and that's about it.

1am - Missing Nothing (soundcloud) Friend of mine just finished this track. Starts out chill and minimal-y, ends up with a pretty solid groove. He's been messing around with reason for a while, but this is one of the first real full-lengths track he's finished. Thoughts?
