Most people get over thinking that saying the grossest and most shocking things they can think are funny by the time they hit their 20s. My friends and I will have vulgar, inappropriate conversations pretty frequently, but it usually happens organically, and I don't think any of us would think it's funny or entertaining to anyone else. I'm not saying the hosts aren't clever or funny on occasion, but most of it is a little too high school lunchroom for me.

Oh since you put it that way now I like it too instead of just thinking its not very good at all and aimed at people who try really hard to be in-your-face offensive. From the latest show "This show is the pre-cum show. A teaser taste of elf cum to come." Also is that opener supposed to be a terrible parody of The Sound of Young America open? Because nothing goes over like topical Hillary Clinton jokes. Someone died of AIDS in 1972? Okay... as I listen to this its more just dry and not interesting than offensive. In other news I finally listened to Cyberthug #2. Jerry O'Connell is such a great straight-man. Also listened to DLM and with Edgar whats his face from Scott Pilgrim. Great stuff. Also listened to the Destephano WTF. Almost had me crying on the train. I had no idea he was HIV positive. Crazy! Now I am going back to my friendless life.

My friends and myself are a bunch of celebrity-loving faggots who, when not gulping down each others' cocks, love to gossip about the latest fashion faux pas in Us Weekly. We're just not as awesome as the dudes who talk about abortion and rape and AIDS whilst belching at each other every 20 seconds.

Hahahaha, so I just checked my email, and lo and behold, I got a terrific message from Dan Nainan, hack comedian extraordinaire. He's the guy that tried to bribe Marc Maron into bringing him on WTF. I guess I posted something about how he was a hack who writes the world's easiest jokeson one of his videos on youtube. I don't remember what it was, and I can't find about because he deleted it, but man, how sad of a human being do you have to be to personally email someone who posts a negative comment on your videos? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ec_iYKigxRU if you don't remember who this is) Here it is: "My YouTube views, in the millions. Yours, in the hundreds. Me, traveling the world in first class (headlining theaters in UK right now and heading off to Dubai, moscow, Colombo sri Lanka and Bangalore, India next month) and earning up to $15,000 a show. You, trying to find a job. Ha ha ha. Sent from my ridiculously overpriced iPad" I think the best part is that it comes from a hotmail account. REALLY? YOU'RE MAKING THAT MUCH MONEY AND YOU STILL HAVE A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT? calrocker@hotmail.com if you're curious.

And all of his jokes in Dubai, Moscow, etc are going to boil down to: Americans are fat lazy slobs, and/or white people are bad at dancing. I get paid a ton of money, therefore I am a great comedian. None of my peers have any respect for me, but that's because they're all just jealous of how much money I make, and wish they could write such great jokes. Does anyone else like Bill Cosby Bukowski? I found it hilarious, and Scott could barely keep a straight face towards the end.

Since I'm unemployed, I somehow found the time to reply to him: My mind is reeling at this. I mean, for such a well paid, OBVIOUSLY highly respected comedian like yourself, I am so utterly flattered that you took the time away from playing corporate gigs and writing your trademark racial jokes to read the comment I wrote, delete it, go and watch my videos enough to gather that I'm unemployed (or perhaps you even went to my blog for that information!), and send me a boastful email about all of your success. I hope your show in "Columbo" went well. I was under the impression that series ended in the 70's, but maybe I'm wrong. I'm glad you get to travel first class. Obviously, that's the only sort of class you're able to muster. Hey, maybe you can use some of that $15,000 to try to bribe more podcasters to let you on their shows! Or maybe you can pay off some of your peers in an attempt to make anyone, and I mean anyone, like you. Hey, if you ever happen to be looking for any joke writers, don't hesitate to ask! Here's one for free: Why did the hack comedian email an unemployed college graduate? Out of spite? Nope! Because flaunting his money is the only thing that keeps him from committing suicide! Actually, now that I think about it, you could maybe say "seppuku" instead of suicide. I know how much you love that racial humor! Oh, P.S. I loved you in The Last Airbender! Sent from my reasonably priced laptop, Love, Jason

Way back on page 3 I promoted my own podcasts, but since the original podcasts seem to get lost in the CDR shuffle, I almost think those of us doing amateur stuff should go in a different thread. That said, I'll plug again since it's been awhile. My Youtube is in the tens, I don't even know if you have a channel... Stuff Weekly (Itunes) (RSS) is another show about people discussing weird news stories, but I think we're much funnier. We're on Episode 35 now and haven't missed a week since we started back in May and I think it really just gets better and better. This Week In The Apocalypse (RSS) is a bi-weekly show that normally consists of a panel of four to seven people debating how humanity would far in various apocalyptic scenarios. Currently on Episode 17, the first two episodes were before we really found our footing and are a bit of a clusterfuck, but the third episode and most of the subsequent ones are a lot of fun. We even deviate a little and just go for episodes debating which fictional character would win in a fight. It's got more of a focus, I guess, than SW and is nearing the end of its run. If any of you guys ever listen, leave a comment at the website or PM me with some criticism or just to say what you hated/liked about it.

"Hey, you don't quite mention enough on uyd whether or not you own a television. Can you please clarify, so we all know for sure whether or not you have a tv?" And a few minutes later, he responded! "Hahahah eat a dick" Love UYD so much.
